Thank you for shopping with GENVIX. We partner with reliable Indian drop shipping suppliers to deliver quality products directly to your doorstep, and this Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and related procedures.
1. We apply flat Rs. 30 shipping fee for orders below Rs 499. Orders above this value have free shipping. We currently ship to most of the serviceable pin codes in India, including metro cities, towns, and most Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions.However, there are few unserviceable pin codes where our drop shipping partner do not deliver due to delivery timeline issues. Those order , if declined by the drop shipping partners will be cancelled. Refund of money In case of Prepaid order will be handled separately.
2.Delivery timeframes vary depending on the location: customers in metro cities can typically expect delivery within 4 to 7 business days, Tier 2 cities may take 5 to 9 business days, and remote areas usually require 7 to 12 business days. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your order.
3. To ensure efficient service, our Drop shipping partner follow a smart dispatch model. This means products are shipped from the nearest available supplier warehouse to minimize delays and costs. If a product is not available locally, it may be dispatched from another region, which could slightly extend the delivery timeframe.
4. While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, certain delays may occur due to courier partner issues, natural calamities, political disruptions, festive season surges, or incomplete and incorrect shipping information provided by customers. In such cases, we will always keep you informed via email regarding any expected delays.
5. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability. Each package will have its own tracking details, which will be shared with you once dispatched.
6. In cases of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unresponsiveness, the courier partner may make up to two reattempts. If delivery still fails, the order will be returned, and you may be charged a return shipping fee or forfeit prepaid shipping costs.
