Return & Refund Policy

At GENVIX, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a return or refund.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:


1. You need to provide us unboxing video and your concern within two days of receiving the shipment by emailing us on support@genvix.co.in with unboxing video. 

2. If our dropshipping partners approve , customers have to courier it on the return address mentioned on the shipment at their expense. 
3. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

4. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is also required to process your return.

5. Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or customized products, items marked as final sale, and products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

6. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@genvix.co.in with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within two days of delivery by sending an email to support@genvix.co.in along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

8. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within seven to ten business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

9. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
